Through his vast experience and extensive studies, Dr. Pressman has elaborated a multidisciplinary approach in which he can apply therapy to the individual in a custom-made fashion. Psychodynamic review of the personality provides an X-ray view by virtue of which the proper prescription and course of action will be written.
Thus the individual therapy may use any of the following techniques:

Special therapeutic techniques
Dr. Pressman’s techniques are nearly unique insofar as they combine traditional, western psychotherapy methods for understanding the personality with an understanding of the high realms of the mind--which verge on the spiritual territory. This is spiritual psychotherapy. It teaches the patient how to grow his/her personality to be open to the high/spiritual realms. This allows the patient to experience enlarged intuition, precognition, an understanding of near-death experiences, past-life experiences and out-of-body-experiences.
Another technique Dr. Pressman finds extremely enlightening is the powerful technique of Transpersonal Breathwork--a modification of Holotropic Breathwork. This process, briefly defined, requires the individual to perform various breathing excercises while listening to specifically designed music and sound at a high volume. Peoples' responses/experiences vary but usually range from great discoveries to astounding discoveries. The session works the best when done with a group.

Group therapy is a powerful instrument in which people come together to explore themselves with the help of an experienced professional. People are often so enlightened and relieved when they hear others who have struggled with the same issues. The group knits together as a family and each becomes eager to be helpful to the other. Again the group leader should be dedicated to helping people to grow into their unique identity and to trust their self-knowledge. Beware of the leader who imposes his/her authority upon you to the exclusion of your own inner knowing. See my article, “The True Teacher”.
Special techniques in group therapy
Dr. Pressman will often combine the use of appropriate and powerful music in the group sessions to promote meditation, relaxation and the release traumatic memories. Group hypnosis is a powerful instrument which is often used, and speeds the process of memory recall, emotional release which is especially effective in the context of group support.
